MUSIC MINISTRY
"Let Everything that Has Breath Praise the Lord!"
We celebrate music as a gift from God and it is an important part of worship. The goal of the music ministry at Temple Baptist Church is to lead the congregation into true, genuine worship before the throne of God. In that quest we use a blend of contemporary and traditional worship music. In our Sunday morning services we will sing many of the popular praise and worship songs of our time as we sing a "new song". We also want for the younger generation to have an appreciation of the traditional hymns of our faith. On Sunday night and Wednesday night we do the traditional hymns that we grew up with.
We look forward to Praising the Lord with you in worship soon.
Christmas in September
Plan now to join us on Sunday September 19 from 3:30 - 5:30 in fellowship hall for a time of fellowship and a preview of our Christmas music, "Heaven Has Come" and to make plans for the Christmas season. Plans are already underway, that I am looking forward to sharing with you.
